    Contemporary smooth 1/2" pickets wrought iron Juliette Balcony, band of round stock rings at top. 36" and 42" high to choose.
    Guardrail balcony; does not include base of any kind, just attaches to the wall in four points with 1/4 x 2 x 2 tabs leaving a gap
    of 3" offset to the wall. 
    Meets the International Building code. If properly installed exceeds code requirement of 200 lb/ft.

    * Standard hardware is included: 1/2 x 4 HDG wood lags, that give a pull out force of 700 lb each, for a total of 400 lb/lf

    * Balcony Lengths choose from:46", 58”, 70”, 82” and 36 and 42" rail height.
