From your price to your delivery, step by step. You pay nothing until you place the order.

Price it online
Use the instant quoter of your product. Approximate measurements are fine for a price; each quoter shows how to measure.

Save your quote
Save & email my quote gives it a number and emails you the PDF and a link. Come back any time to change it or buy it.

Order
From your cart or your quote's link, choose ACH or credit card. We email you the invoice for the 70% deposit; you pay it securely online.

Approve the shop drawings
We draw your product to your measurements and send the drawings for your approval before we build anything.

We build it
Shop drawings within 1 week of your order. Fabrication 2 to 6 weeks from approved drawings.

Delivery
FedEx Freight to your door, pick-up at a FedEx terminal, or pick-up at Dec-Iron in Concord, NC. The balance is due 30 days after the deposit is paid.

The Instant Quoters

Is what I enter saved?: Yes, on your device, as you type: close the page and come back, and it is still there. Every quoter has Undo, Redo and Start over above the price. To keep your quote for good, on any device, use Save & email my quote.
What is the difference between Add to cart and Save & email my quote?: Add to cart collects items to buy them together; the cart stays on this device. Save & email my quote gives the item (or your whole cart) a quote number and emails it to you, with a link to buy it later.
Can I change a quote?: Yes. Open its link, choose to change it, and save the new quote. Or call us and we change it for you.
My project is unusual.: Use Request a quote instead on any quoter, or request a custom quote here. One of our estimators replies within 72 hours.
Do I need a permit?: Many cities ask for one. Our permit help is $100 for a stair and $100 per balcony (credited toward the balcony when you buy it): see Permit Help.
