This is a truly industrial design. We call it New Yorker because the city of New York accounts for the vast majority of these balconies sold in the United States. New Yorkers are known for their straightforward nature and no-excuses attitude toward life direct yet friendly, serious yet driven by strong feelings. This balcony reflects that same character: honest, strong, and unapologetically functional. It is, in essence, a New York–style modern industrial balcony.
