The company/owners were readily available and always responsive to our phone calls and needs! The product is beautiful and very solid! Only issue(minor) is that I think the powder coating seems to scuff off a little bit easier that I would like on the railing. Perhaps this is just because our install was challenging (1400 lb. balcony, 14 feet up)
