STANDARD DECK RAILINGSSPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING INFORMATIONTop and bottom railings1x2x 14 GA steel tube: You can use this as a finish handrail or perforate it and attach wood on its top; or you can attach them to your wood posts or wall directly with our adjustable brackets that you can order.Steel posts2x2x 14 GA steel tube: Select flat cap or ball cap, and it will come welded to one sided the section you have order. This is considered an end post. We will send you automatically the wall brackets for the other side.Mid legs: Select if you want us to attach a mid leg to the deck railing section you are ordering. It will be a 1x2 piece of tube with a bracket to attach it to the floor.Hardware: All hardware is providedYou can only purchase one section at the time, and then hit continue shopping for all additional sections.Select first the type of section, there are 3 4 choices:No posts on both ends: This section attaches to the wood post you should have in place or to the wall.Mid post sticking up: If the distance between your posts is more than 8 feet you need to add an intermediate post. This option makes this post stick pass the handrail 1 inch.Mid post under the handrail: The post does not stick up.Section with end post: One side meets your wood post and the other there is a self standing post.Then you can choose one or two posts. and select the type of cap, ball cap or flat.Enter the measurements: First drop down menu account for the feet, the second one for the inches and the third for the eighths of an inch.For a section with an end post, include the post in your measurement.Check if you require shop drawings. If so, send us a schematic of the deck and pictures.Now you can choose the finish, painted, prime-red, bare, or double powder coated.Call in if you need a stair section.Our turn around time is 4 weeks to ship out.
