GENERAL INFORMATION
When clicking on a picture, you will be directed to a full display page for that particular wrought iron balcony with specs and links to our online wrought iron store, and installation video. When you purchase a wrought iron balcony from us, you get a product that has been manufactured following the highest standards in the metal industry. We are fully insured and your purchase is fully refundable. (more info on how to order at the bottom of this page)
Custom colors: For colors other than standard black, please go to Dupont link and get the RAL color of your preference. A fee applies.
In stock: We stock several models for immediate shipping (48 hours). Check under each picture for a link that will take you to them.
Shipping and turn around time: Please allow us 4 weeks from the order to shipping date. We will send you progress updates and email you a tracking number as soon as we ship.
Transit time varies from 1 to 5 days depending on the state. California and Washington state usually take 5 days, while center states, 2 or 3 days and neighboring states 1 day. All shipments are fully insured by FEDEX freights and FEDEX national. Lighter balconies ship in cartons and stretch wrap, heavier units are crated.
Returns: All sales are final, except when it can be proven to us that we did not send what was ordered, or if the product is defective.
Warranty: Limited lifetime. Please check the link for details.

Custom balconies: We engineer any type and size balcony and provide shop drawings for $250.00, applicable to your purchase.
Permitting: For our standard balconies most of the time it is enough with our specs PDF files in order to get a city permit. If you are working with a general contractor it is usually under the umbrella of the overall permit.
PDF and CAD files available for architects and designers
If you are an architect and need a PDF or a CAD file, we just require basic informatioN on the project and we will gladly send you the files you might need, at no cost. Just click on the link above.
Installation: All our balconies are designed for easy installation, and required maximum 2 men. The video below is our first display model that now is available to be purchased on our clearance page. View the video and see how easy it is to install one of our balconies. We provide all the hardware.
Admissible loads:
All our balconies are designed to generously exceed the international code. It is considered a rigid structure and the load acceptance depends on the proper attachment of the anchors to the wall and the condition of the wall itself.
