Spiral Stairs
Hello: My name is Ford Carrigan. I have been building decks and screen porches for about 25 years and just recently had a request for a double
deck with a screen porch on the lower level. For ease of travel between the two levels I decided to use a spiral stair made of steel. Having never
before done this, I began shopping around and found Decorative Iron of Charlotte. Pedro guided me through the design and planning for my rough
opening and stairs. I gave Pedro the distance from the first level to the top level and continued building as he started fabrication of my spiral stairs.
When the stairs were ready for installation, I picked them up and had no problem installing them along with my crew of four men. Everything fit
perfectly without a hitch because of the precision fabrication and attention to detail.

Goose Balcony & Railing
We ordered about 15 pieces of railing and balconies from Decorative Iron and we are very pleased with the result. They are a very good quality product and where made and delivered within a very satisfying amount of time and for a reasonable price. We were a little concerned placing the order via e-mail and making measurements ourselves. But we got very clear instructions from Joshua Medina and the DecIron engineer did a very good job adjusting the railings to the drawings we send. All 15 pieces fit in perfectly. The customer service is excellent. We communicated with Joshua over the phone and through e-mail without any delays or issues. He was a great help. We are very satisfied with the results, and we would highly recommend the company to anyone.

Knuckle Railing with intermediate 'S' picket
I wanted to send an email to let whoever would like to see my finished railings. They turned out great and I would highly recommend Decorative Iron Work of North Carolina Inc. Also I worked with Joshua Medina and he was outstanding to work with online. I was able to send pictures and measurements to him and we worked on measurements together. This was not a quick project but I did not want quick I wanted a professional lower price company had quality work. If that is what you would like I would strongly suggest this company.
