Spiral Stairs

Hello: My name is Ford Carrigan. I have been building decks and screen porches for about 25 years and just recently had a request for a double
deck with a screen porch on the lower level. For ease of travel between the two levels I decided to use a spiral stair made of steel. Having never
before done this, I began shopping around and found Decorative Iron of Charlotte. Pedro guided me through the design and planning for my rough
opening and stairs. I gave Pedro the distance from the first level to the top level and continued building as he started fabrication of my spiral stairs.

When the stairs were ready for installation, I picked them up and had no problem installing them along with my crew of four men. Everything fit
perfectly without a hitch because of the precision fabrication and attention to detail.
